Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter must (sweet must, apple juice)
  • 1 large orange(s)
  • 1 large lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (cornflour)
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 large egg(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

a light and refreshing dessert after a hearty meal

Pour the sweet cider into a pan, squeeze the lemon and orange juice, and add the juice. Add the egg and sugar. Mix everything well and bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with a little water or sweet cider and add it to thicken. Let it cool, then stir in the natural yogurt and the stiffly whipped cream.
