Sweet Noodle Pan …
The perfect sweet noodle pan … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Apple fresh
- 1 portion Schupfnoodeln approx. 100 g
- Butter
- 4 Walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon Sultanas
- 1 tablespoon Dried cranberries
- 0,5 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 Knife point Ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 1 tablespoon Calvados
- Fresh mint leaves
- Quarter and peel the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Fry the potato noodles in butter. Add the apple and sauté briefly.
- Roughly chop the walnuts. Mix with the sultanas and cranberries into the potato noodles. Stir in the cinnamon and cardamom. Finally add the honey and calvados. Mix everything together again and arrange on a plate. Wash the mint leaves, shake dry, roughly chop and sprinkle over them.
