Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g wheat flour type 405
- 175 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Make a smooth batter from wheat flour, oat milk, salt, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the pancakes one at a time. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. Delicious with compote, applesauce, etc. A 20cm pancake pan made 6 thin pancakes.
