Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g pasta (spirelli)
- 1 roll
- 1 tbsp butter for the mold
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 350 g sour cherries (jar)
- 200 g cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 g nougat (nut nougat)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Cut the bread rolls into thin slices. Line a greased baking dish with them. Spread the pasta in the pan. Toast the hazelnuts without oil and then arrange them on top. Drain the sour cherries and then scatter them on top. Heat the cream and sugar, dissolve the nougat in it, and stir in the eggs. Pour this mixture over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
