Sweet Pasta
The perfect sweet pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Tagliatelle
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- Salt
what is mixed up with
- 50 g Walnuts
- 50 g Almond leaves
- 50 g Butter
- 150 g Cranberries
Egg milk
- 300 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 8 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
to sprinkle
- 1 tablespoon Sugar and cinnamon mixture
Tagliatelle
- Do not cook the pasta too soft with a little salt.

- Heat some butter in a pan, fry walnuts and almond flakes in it until golden.
Egg milk
- Mix the milk with the eggs, sugar and the scraped-out vanilla pod well.
Complete
- Butter a casserole dish a little, pour the drained pasta into it
- Now mix in the other ingredients well, sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture and pour on the egg milk.
- Now put the noodles in the 190c oven for about 20 minutes until the egg milk has hardened.
Serving
- Put the sweet noodles on a plate, dust with a little icing sugar and serve applesauce .—- Bon appetit
