Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 100 g sugar
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the puff pastry on top and brush it thinly with water (best done with a large brush). Then sprinkle with sugar (amount to taste). Roll inward from both long sides to the center. Using a sharp (!) knife, cut thin slices (5 mm) and place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finally, sprinkle with a little more sugar. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes (depending on the desired degree of browning).
