Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 sweet potatoes, total approx. 800 g
- 1 small ginger root, grated
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp milk
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into chunks. Cook them in salted water, then drain. Mash the pieces with grated ginger, butter, and milk, and season with salt. Delicious with fish, beef, or poultry.
