Ingredients
Sweet potato salad
- 4 medium sized Sweet potatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 1 handful Lamb's lettuce
- 12 Cocktail tomatoes
dressing
- 100 ml Balsamic vinegar dark
- 3 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 3 teaspoon Parmesan cheese
Chicken drumsticks
- 6 Chicken drumsticks
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika spice
- 6 Discs Ham
Instructions
Sweet potato salad
- Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add peeled and chopped garlic.
- Season everything with salt and pepper, add the oil and mix well --- set aside. Wash and clean the lamb's lettuce, halve the tomatoes in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper.
Chicken drumsticks
- Wash the legs and pat them well.
- Mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder in a bowl and turn the legs well.
- Now wrap a slice of ham around a leg and place on one side of a baking sheet and put it in the 180c. warm oven.
- After 15 minutes, place baking paper on the other side of the baking sheet and place the potatoes on top and finish cooking both.
Dressy
- In the meantime, reduce the balsamic vinegar with the hong to a creamy mass.
Serving
- Take the potatoes out of the oven, let them cool down a little, carefully fold in the lamb's lettuce and tomatoes.
- Arrange the salad on a plate, top with balsamic cream and some Parmesan cheese on top.
- Put the legs on the plate and then enjoy --- Bon appetit
