Sweet Potato Salad

The perfect sweet potato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sweet potato salad

  • 4 medium sized Sweet potatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 handful Lamb’S lettuce
  • 12 Cocktail tomatoes

dressing

  • 100 ml Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 3 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • 3 teaspoon Parmesan cheese

Chicken drumsticks

  • 6 Chicken drumsticks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice
  • 6 Discs Ham

Sweet potato salad

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, add peeled and chopped garlic.
  2. Season everything with salt and pepper, add the oil and mix well — set aside. Wash and clean the lamb’s lettuce, halve the tomatoes in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper.

Chicken drumsticks

  1. Wash the legs and pat them well.
  2. Mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika powder in a bowl and turn the legs well.
  3. Now wrap a slice of ham around a leg and place on one side of a baking sheet and put it in the 180c. warm oven.
  4. After 15 minutes, place baking paper on the other side of the baking sheet and place the potatoes on top and finish cooking both.

Dressy

  1. In the meantime, reduce the balsamic vinegar with the hong to a creamy mass.

Serving

  1. Take the potatoes out of the oven, let them cool down a little, carefully fold in the lamb’s lettuce and tomatoes.
  2. Arrange the salad on a plate, top with balsamic cream and some Parmesan cheese on top.
  3. Put the legs on the plate and then enjoy — Bon appetit
