- 1 pack of puff pastry (refrigerated section)
- 1 jar strawberry jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator and let it rest for 5-8 minutes. Then roll it out and spread a thin layer of strawberry jam or other jam. Roll the long sides toward the center and form a small heart-shaped point where they meet. Place the heart roll in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then, using a knife, cut approximately 1 cm thick slices and place the hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the heart shape slightly and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
