Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 13 g black pepper
- 25 g parsley, dried
- 28 g garlic salt
- 7 ½ g salt
- 13 g garlic granules
- 42 ½ g onion granules
- 7 ½ g dill tips
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tbsp, heaped spice mix (see above)
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 180 ml sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Combine all the spice mix ingredients and store in a dry place. They form the basis for a freshly made dressing every time. To make the dressing, combine the spice mix with mayonnaise and buttermilk. Stir in the sour cream and lemon juice. Then refrigerate for 2 hours until ready to use. The dressing is very sweet and anything but low in calories, but it’s a real creamy treat.
