Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ¼ liter of milk
- 80 g rice pudding
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml cream
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 apple
- n. B. Fruit of your choice
- 1 tbsp sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Make a rice pudding from the rice with the milk, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and a dash of cream according to the package instructions (careful: it burns easily). Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, the remaining cream, and the eggs to the finished rice pudding and mix well. Dice the fruit and place in a baking dish. Pour the rice pudding mixture over the rice pudding. Stir gently to distribute the fruit evenly. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the surface is nicely browned. Tastes delicious hot or cold. This rice pudding can, of course, also be made without fruit—and is a real sensation when topped with vanilla sauce.
