Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice in the water until tender. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk, sift the custard powder over the rice and mix. Stir the cooked and drained rice into the egg and milk mixture. Add the oil to the pan and fry a tablespoon of the pancake mixture in each pan.
