Sweet rolls – quick Sunday rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 10 tbsp milk
  • 10 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat) to 200°C (400°F). Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the flour in a mixing bowl and mix with the baking powder. Add all the remaining ingredients. Knead everything well with a mixer (dough hook). Using 2 tablespoons, scoop out apricot-sized pieces of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Don’t forget to leave space between them, as they will expand during baking! This dough makes enough for about 16 rolls, which requires 2 baking cycles. Bake the rolls on the middle rack for about 20 minutes; cover with parchment paper if necessary to prevent them from overcooking.
