Quark casserole

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 125 g cherries
  • 150 g apricot(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

fruity, light and very tasty

Stir the oat flakes into the quark and let it swell for a few minutes. Meanwhile, wash the fruit, pit and halve the cherries, and pit and dice the apricots; set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Stir the honey into the quark. Separate the egg, mix the egg yolk with the quark, and beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff. Fold the beaten egg whites into the quark mixture. Add the fruit, mix everything gently and thoroughly, and bake the casserole at 180°C for about 15 minutes. You can, of course, use other types of fruit, depending on the season and your mood!
