Sweet Spring Rolls

- Vegetable oil for deep-frying
- 4 tbsp Cashews
- 0,5 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 50 g Dark chocolate couverture
- 50 g Nougat
- Roast the cashew nuts in a pan until golden brown and allow to cool.
- Finely chop the chocolate, nougat and nuts and mix with the chilli flakes.
- Divide the mixture into 14 balls and cover half of the spring roll dough sheets with them – fold them together (the seams hold together better if you moisten them with a little water) and wrap each spring roll with another layer of dough.
- In the meantime, heat the oil and gradually fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
