Sweet strawberry cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 chocolate bar (Mars)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl syrup (strawberry syrup)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hull and wash the strawberries, and puree them with the sugar. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Combine the strawberry puree, the cream, and the cream cheese mixed with the syrup. Gently heat the milk and dissolve the Mars bar in it. Whisk everything until smooth and pour into dessert glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
