Sweet Strawberry Flatbread

The perfect sweet strawberry flatbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Tortilla cake
  • 400 g Fresh strawberries
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 400 g Lemon juice
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Vanilla pod scraped out
  • 6 tablespoon Strawberry Jam
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Wash, clean, quarter the strawberries, marinate with a little sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the strawberry jam, vanilla sugar and the scraped-out vanilla pod well
  3. Spread the cream cheese cream on the flatbreads, spread the strawberries over them and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
  4. Roll up the flatbreads, cut in half diagonally and fix with toothpicks.
