Sweet Strawberry Patties

The perfect sweet strawberry patties recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Puff pastry patties
  • 300 g Strawberries
  • 4 teaspoon Tonka bean sugar
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 tablespoon Grated chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Pistachios
  • Eggnog to your taste
  1. Wash the strawberries, clean them, cut into small cubes and mix with the tonka bean sugar and let them steep for a while
  2. Add the natural yoghurt, grated chocolate, pistachios, scraped out vanilla pod and egg liqueur and stir everything well.
  3. Now put the strawberry filling in the patties and chill.
  4. To serve, decorate with a little lemon balm .— Bon appetit; 🙂
