Sweet Sushi with Mango and Roasted Quinoa

The perfect sweet sushi with mango and roasted quinoa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Mango
  • 400 g Sushi rice
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 2 tbsp Mango jam
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  1. Wash, clean and slice the mango. Cook the sushi rice and quinoa
  2. Cut small sushi out of the sushi rice with two tablespoons and put a dollop of mango jam on each one
  3. Cover the sushis with the mango slices
  4. Heat the butter with the brown sugar in a pan
  5. Put the cooked quinoa in the butter and toast it
  6. Put some toasted quinoa seeds on each sushi and serve. Serve with maple syrup or honey as a dip
