Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 40 g hazelnuts, grated
- 40 g almond(s), grated
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) of vanilla sugar

Briefly toast the hazelnuts and almonds in a pan, then chop them again if necessary. Beat the softened butter until fluffy, then add all the ingredients and mix well. Let it sit for a few hours! Store in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
