Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 300 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch(s) clove(s), ground
- 400 g zucchini (peeled and pitted)
- 300 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine butter (room temperature) and sugar, add salt, eggs, nuts, cloves, and cinnamon. Mix. Peel and deseed the zucchini, and cut into small cubes. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix well. Pour into a well-greased cake pan and bake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. This cake freezes very well.
