The banana and chard smoothie are perfect and uncomplicated for every morning. All you need is a handful of chard leaves, a banana, and 150 ml of water.

  • First, wash and stem the chard leaves.
  • Add the chard to the blender along with the banana.
  • Now add the water and mix everything together vigorously.

2. A vitamin bomb

This smoothie is particularly healthy and rich in vitamins. For this, you need a handful of chard and basil, half a cucumber, an avocado, banana, nectarine, and two plums. You also need the grated zest of an organic lemon, 500 ml of water, and sliced almonds.

  • Wash all vegetables and fruits. Then dry it well.
  • Put the chard, basil, cucumber, and 150 ml water in the blender and mix vigorously.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients including the remaining water and mix everything.
  • You can sprinkle the almonds on top if you like.

3. Swiss Chard Smoothie with Ginger and Pomegranate

For this smoothie, you need a handful of Swiss chard, two handfuls of arugula, half a cucumber, a banana, a pear, two avocados, a pomegranate, a fingertip-sized piece of peeled ginger, half a lemon, water, and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary.

  • First, wash the chard and rocket and put both in the blender together with the pomegranate seeds and about 150 ml of water.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients. Place the lemon in the blender along with the zest.
  • Gradually add water to the mass until it reaches the appropriate consistency.
  • Garnish the smoothie with the rosemary leaves.
