Swiss Chard with Egg
The perfect swiss chard with egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Swiss chard leaf
- 1 size Onion
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 3 Eggs
- Salt, pepper, rose paprika
- Wash the chard well and cut into small pieces. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Briefly balance the chard in the boiling water and drain.
- Beat eggs in a small bowl, season with a little salt and stir well.
- Cut the onions into small cubes and let them turn translucent in a pan with the oil.
- Push the onions aside and add the eggs to the pan and fry them like scrambled eggs.
