Swiss Chard with Egg

The perfect swiss chard with egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Swiss chard leaf
  • 1 size Onion
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, rose paprika
  1. Wash the chard well and cut into small pieces. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  1. Briefly balance the chard in the boiling water and drain.
  1. Beat eggs in a small bowl, season with a little salt and stir well.
  1. Cut the onions into small cubes and let them turn translucent in a pan with the oil.
  1. Push the onions aside and add the eggs to the pan and fry them like scrambled eggs.
  1. Finally, add the chard to the eggs in the pan and add salt to taste; Season the pepper and paprika over a low heat and let the chard simmer a little.
