Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of veal escalope
  • 4 slices of Tilsiter
  • some water
  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • Clarified butter
  • 1 can of asparagus

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Lightly pound the schnitzel and fry it on both sides in clarified butter, seasoning with salt and paprika. Add water and continue to sauté the schnitzel. Distribute the asparagus among the cooked schnitzel, place a slice of cheese on top, and sauté in the pan until the cheese begins to melt. Season with salt and paprika, if desired. Serve with toast and a fresh salad.
