Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1 pack of seasoning(s) (taco seasoning mix)
  • 125 ml water
  • 200 g corn
  • 175 g herb cream cheese
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

spicy, creamy, with cream cheese

Cook the fusilli according to the package instructions. In a large pot, brown the diced onion and ground beef in oil. When the beef is tender, add the diced bell pepper and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add 1/2 cup water, the corn, and the taco seasoning and bring to a boil. Fold in the grated cheese and cream cheese and stir until melted. You can toss the fusilli with the sauce and then serve. I prefer to place it on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
