Tagliatelle alla Eselchen

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cup cream cheese, paprika or chili
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the spring onions and fry them in a hot pan with oil. Clean and chop the bell peppers and mushrooms, then add them to the spring onions. Drain the corn and add it to the pan. Stir in the cream cheese. Cook the pasta and add it to the vegetable/cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
