Tagliatelle in a tuna and lemon sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained (without oil)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tuna, lemon juice, cream, crème fraîche, parsley, and capers. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Season with a little salt and pepper and either pour the sauce over the pasta or gently toss the tagliatelle with the sauce in the pan.
