Tagliatelle in garlic cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tagliatelle
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 – 250 g
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 50 g Gouda, grated
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and mince the garlic, then lightly fry it in a saucepan. Add the cream cheese and mix with the cream until smooth. Add the Gouda cheese and melt it into the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and vegetable stock. Add the sauce to the pasta, stir, and enjoy.
