- 500 g Salmon fillet
- 2 Pc. Shallots
- Salt pepper
- 1 Eßl Olive oil
- 4 Eßl White wine
- 1 a cup Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 Eßl Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Food starch
- Lemon juice
- 300 gram Tagliatelle
