  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup herb cream cheese
  • Milk
  • lemon juice

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and halve or quarter them, depending on their size. Place the potatoes in a plastic bag with the Provençal herbs, salt, pepper, and oil and shake well. Empty the bag onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the potatoes evenly. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the sour cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper well. Add a splash of milk until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, season with a small squeeze of lemon juice. Tastes great with pan-fried dishes or simply with a fresh salad.
