Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 450 g pasta (tagliatelle), fresh
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 small white truffle
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Tagliatelli with white truffles – an exceptional starter

Cook the tagliatelle al dente and drain. Add the butter and mix in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the tagliatelle among plates and grate the truffles over the top.
