Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 90 ml dashi
- 10 ml mirin
- 10 ml light soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Sushi dessert
Mix together the dashi, soy sauce, and mirin. Then beat the eggs with the marinade and fry them in a pan, layer by layer. Repeat this process several times. (See video)
