Tandoori tofu

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (tandoori spice)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g tofu, firm

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

Low-carb

Mix low-fat yogurt, lemon juice, and spices to create a creamy marinade. Cut the tofu into cubes and toss in the marinade until the cubes are completely coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake at 240°C for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot.
