Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp spice mix (tandoori spice)
- salt and pepper
- 250 g tofu, firm

Low-carb
Mix low-fat yogurt, lemon juice, and spices to create a creamy marinade. Cut the tofu into cubes and toss in the marinade until the cubes are completely coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake at 240°C for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve hot.
