Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized egg white
- 3 tbsp edible bran (oat)
- 1 tbsp sweetener, liquid
- 1 tbsp low-fat yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Low-carb
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread thin portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. It’s best to divide the cookies into portions, due to the daily allowance of oat bran (on the Dean’s Diet).
