Tanja's sausage goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 pkt. Salami, sliced
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 bell pepper(s) of your choice
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups water (less if needed)
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • curry powder
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the sausage, salami, bell pepper, and onions. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Press the garlic and add it. Then add the sausage and salami and fry. Add the bell pepper pieces and corn, 1-2 cups of water, and bring to a boil. Add the tomatoes and bring back to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder to taste. Add 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream and thicken with a sauce thickener, if desired. Serve hot. Serve with pasta.
