Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter, room temperature
  • Tarragon, 2 – 3 stalks
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Parsley, flat, 1 – 2 stalks
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for a role

Peel the garlic and dice very finely. Wash the tarragon and parsley, shake dry, remove the stalks, and finely chop. Cream the butter until fluffy, stir in the garlic and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, and roll into a roll.
