Tart Chocolate Sauce

The perfect tart chocolate sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 Ml. Water
  • 100 Size Sugar
  • 50 g Baking cocoa
  1. Bring the water with the sugar to a boil. Sieve the cocoa powder.
  2. Remove the boiling water-sugar solution from the stove and stir in the cocoa well with the whisk.
  3. Pour the sauce into a clean glass and let it cool down. Store in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
  4. The sauce thickens a little when it is cooled, but becomes more liquid again when it is warmed up a little.
