Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g crème fraîche
- 80 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 2 pickles
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fruit vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Stir the crème fraîche and low-fat quark together until smooth. Finely dice the gherkins and egg. Then combine all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
