Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt (honey yogurt preparation), firm
  • 60 g cream, whipped stiffly
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • e.g. raspberries, frozen
  • possibly sugar if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk the yogurt until creamy and fold in the whipped cream. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the yogurt and cream along with the sugar. Then mix all the ingredients together and pour into bowls. Garnish with raspberries, if desired, and sweeten with sugar if desired.
