The perfect tarte flambée bavarian style recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Leek
  • 200 g Meatloaf
  • 1 Onion, red
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 125 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Sweet mustard
  • 100 g Grated mountain cheese
  • 1 pack Tarte flambée batter from the cooling shelf
  1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C, clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the meat loaf into thin strips. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan, sauté the leek and onion rings for about 4 minutes while turning. Add meat loaf and fold in.
  2. Mix the sour cream and sweet mustard. Take the tarte flambée dough out of the packaging and unroll directly on a baking sheet with the parchment paper. Brush with the mustard and sour cream mixture, spread the leek and liver cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with mountain cheese.
  3. Put it in the oven on the lowest rack and bake for about 15 minutes. Cut the finished tarte flambée into 6 pieces and enjoy.
