Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Bread mix for farmer's bread
  • 175 ml Lukewarm water
  • 2 small Red Onion
  • 50 g Goat cream cheese
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 Cantaloupe melon
  • 20 g Arugula
  • 75 g Serrano ham
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the dough: Pour 250 g of the baking mixture into a bowl with lukewarm water. Using a mixer (dough hook), knead first on the lowest, then on the highest speed for 3-4 minutes to form an even, smooth dough. Then, covered, in a warm place 60 Let rest for a minute.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (fan oven 200 degrees). Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll out into large ovals on a floured surface. Place each on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Peel the onions and cut into rings. Mix the cream cheese with the creme fraiche and egg, season with salt and pepper. Halve, core, and peel the melon and cut into strips or pieces. Brush the dough pieces with the cheese cream and top with the onion rings. In the hot oven 12- Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the dough pieces from the oven. Spread the melon strips, ham and rocket on the tarte flambée and serve hot.
