Tarte Flambée with Melon

The perfect tarte flambée with melon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Bread mix for farmer’s bread
  • 175 ml Lukewarm water
  • 2 small Onion red
  • 50 g Goat cream cheese
  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,5 Cantaloupe melon
  • 20 g Arugula
  • 75 g Serrano ham
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Prepare the dough: Pour 250 g of the baking mixture into a bowl with lukewarm water. Using a mixer (dough hook), knead first on the lowest, then on the highest speed for 3-4 minutes to form an even, smooth dough. Then, covered, in a warm place 60 Let rest for a minute.
