Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 pkt. herder’s cheese, naturally mild (approx. 200 g)
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s), red
- Black olives, pitted
- salt and pepper
- oregano

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Remove the tarte flambée dough from the packaging, roll it out, and spread with crème fraîche. Halve the cherry tomatoes, halve the onion, and slice it into strips. Arrange the tomatoes, onion strips, and olives on the dough. Crumble the cheese into small pieces and sprinkle over the top. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the arugula over the tarte flambée before serving.
