quick and tasty as a meal or as an aperitif

Roll out the pizza dough and spread the Pomodoro sauce evenly with a spoon (about 1/2 to 2/3, depending on how dry or moist you like it). Lightly salt and pepper (note: the bacon and cheese will also have a salty/peppery taste). Evenly distribute the sliced or diced onions and bacon pieces. Also evenly distribute the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. As an aperitif, cut the tarte flambée into bite-sized pieces (about 24 pieces) and serve warm as finger food. As a meal, cut the tarte flambée into 6 equal pieces and serve with salad and vinaigrette. Tip: If you can’t find Pomodoro e Mascarpone sauce in the supermarket, you can mix tomato paste with cream instead.
