Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Using a glass or similar tool, cut out circles from the puff pastry and press them into a muffin tin (not too large). Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and bacon and fry in a pan until translucent. Mix the crème fraîche with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Once cooled, cut off the tops of the risen mini-cakes and top with a dollop of crème fraîche/sour cream, then top with a dollop of the bacon and onion mixture.
