Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough (refrigerated shelf)
- 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 120 g soft goat cheese
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 tsp, leveled chili flakes
- some cocktail tomatoes
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the tarte flambée dough with the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough. Slice the soft goat cheese and spread it evenly over the cream. Sprinkle with chili flakes. Grate the zucchini with the skin on and spread it over the dough. Sprinkle with Provençal herbs. Bake in the hot oven for about 13-15 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop the tomatoes and add them to the tarte flambée after baking.
