Tarte flambée with cheese and papaya

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of tarte flambée dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g soft goat cheese
  • 1 large papaya, 3 thick slices
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • lots of pepper (papaya pepper, if available), otherwise black pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Unroll the tarte flambée on the baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the sour cream evenly over the dough. Slice the soft goat cheese and spread them evenly over the cream, alternating with the cottage cheese. Cut the papaya slices into pieces, arrange them on the cheese, and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in the hot oven for approximately 13-15 minutes. Then sprinkle with plenty of papaya pepper or, if desired, a little black pepper.
