Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
- 250 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 400 g crab or shrimp
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- salt and pepper
- Herbs

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
also tastes delicious with ham
Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan oven). Dice the tomatoes and slice the spring onions into small rings. In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche or sour cream, shrimp, and vegetables, and season with salt and pepper. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the mixture over the dough. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake for at least 20 minutes, until the edges are nicely browned and crispy.
