Tarte flambée with zucchini and feta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of tarte flambée dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 feta cheese
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 250g pancetta
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the zucchini, pancetta, feta cheese, and onion to the desired size. You can use yellow zucchini, but that’s up to your preference and taste. To make this as quickly as possible, use ready-made dough from the refrigerated section. Spread it with crème fraîche and spread the ingredients one after the other on the tarte flambée. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. As always, the exact baking time depends on the oven. Finally, scatter fresh chives over the finished tarte flambée. For me, the pancetta and feta cheese gave the tarte flambée plenty of flavor, but as we all know, there are no limits.
