Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 packet of salami, e.g. B. Cervelatswurst, approx. 200 g
  • 2 cups of sour cream, approx. 400 g
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Garden herbs, frozen, e.g. 8 herbs
  • some salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Garlic
  • Paprika powder
  • 8 rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the peppers and salami. Pour the sour cream into a bowl and add the herbs. Season to taste and stir well. Add the peppers, cheese, and salami and stir again. Halve the rolls, spread the mixture on them, and place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack.
