  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 slice(s) fresh ginger root (crush in a mortar)
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Pour all ingredients into a glass of boiling water and season with cinnamon. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes before straining.
