Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ½ tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 1 slice(s) fresh ginger root (crush in a mortar)
- 200 ml water
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

can help with cramps and flatulence
Pour all ingredients into a glass of boiling water and season with cinnamon. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes before straining.
